Summary

During my internship at 360DigiTMG, I worked on a project focused on "Medical Inventory Optimization". Using data analysis techniques, our goal was to streamline inventory processes, reduce costs, minimize wastage, and ensure the availability of essential medical supplies. Through data-driven insights, we developed strategies to optimize inventory levels, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance supply chain management in the medical field. My role involved data analysis and visualization using SQL and Python. I utilized SQL queries and Python programming to clean and transform the dataset, conduct statistical analysis, and uncover patterns and correlations in the inventory data. Additionally, I used Python's visualization libraries to create informative charts, graphs, and dashboards, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions. This internship provided me with valuable hands-on experience in utilizing SQL and Python for effective data analysis and visualization in the context of medical inventory management.
I recently had the opportunity to work on a micro-experience to analyze the sales funnel of a student accommodation hostel chain. This was a great experience for me, as I got to learn how real-world problems look like and how to use data to solve them.
Title of the project: Sales Funnel Analysis of Student Accommodation Hostel Chain
The first step was to design a process plan document that gave an overview of the project and the strategy I would use to execute it. Once I had a plan in place, I used Python to execute the project. This involved performing exploratory data analysis of each dataset procured from the website and application, merging the datasets according to common features, and performing feature engineering. The obtained dataset was then visualized using Tableau to give a better idea of the data trends of the sales funnel.
Finally, I gathered all of these insights into a presentation that I could present to the client. The presentation explained the data analysis that I had done and the recommendations that I had for improving the sales funnel.

As a Data Analyst with a strong background in food engineering and a passion for Vedic astrology and tarot reading, I am eager to leverage my analytical skills and data science expertise in a dynamic and challenging environment. My previous experiences, including the Data Analyst internship at 360DigiTMG and personal projects, have equipped me with valuable insights into the world of data analysis and visualization.

In my new role, I look forward to contributing my proficiency in Python and SQL to efficiently clean, transform, and analyze data sets, revealing meaningful patterns and correlations. I believe this will enable me to enhance supply chain management, optimize inventory processes, and improve forecasting accuracy, thus positively impacting the organization's overall performance.
