Expectations

As a fresher, my primary expectation from this role is learning I want to work in an environment where I'm exposed to real-world data problems that challenge me beyond what I've done in my projects.
Technically, I'm looking forward to working with production-level data, understanding how data pipelines are built and maintained at scale, and sharpening my skills in SQL, Python, and visualization tools in a professional setting.
Beyond the technical side, I also want to develop my communication and collaboration skills understanding how data teams work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, and how insights are actually translated into decisions.
