Summary

I am an enterprise Data Analyst specializing in building analytics products that enable strategic decision-making across operations, product, and business functions. In my current role at Deliveroo, I lead KPI framework design, dashboard infrastructure, and SQL-based deep-dive analyses supporting reliability and performance monitoring across 30+ enterprise sites. My work has strengthened service observability, reduced high-severity incident resolution times, and informed contract redesign decisions through data-backed insights.

In addition to enterprise analytics ownership, I have developed predictive churn models, behavioral segmentation systems, and workforce KPI platforms using Python, SQL, and Power BI. I am particularly interested in embedding measurement into business initiatives and translating complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
