I have experience working in operations, retention, and growth, with a strong focus on analysing business metrics to support data-driven management decisions. In my roles, I was responsible for data preparation and structuring, documentation, performance metrics analysis, and reporting for management.

I have hands-on experience with Excel / Google Sheets, BigQuery, data visualisation tools (Power BI and Tableau), and reporting. I also bring a strong background in stakeholder collaboration across commercial, international, and public-sector environments.

Currently, I am aiming to transition into a Junior Data Analyst role to grow as quickly as possible toward a Middle-level position.
