My educational background at Duquesne University has equipped me with a strong foundation in Information Systems Management & Technology Data Analytics, enabling me to harness data-driven insights for effective decision-making. My studies have provided me with in-depth knowledge of various tools and technologies, including Python, SQL, and Power BI, which I have applied in real-world scenarios during my academic journey.

In my recent role as an IS Specialist at Trimble Inc., I worked with a team to develop of an automated AI system that significantly reduced help desk ticket volumes, showcasing my proficiency in leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. My ability to collect and analyze extensive datasets from Jira and derive actionable insights demonstrates my data analytics capabilities. Furthermore, I took pride in maintaining IT systems, offering technical support, and optimizing IT resources for the organization.

Presently, I consider myself to be a highly motivation positive person that is attentive, mature, and high creativity. I love to share my knowledge on software with coworkers and classmates. Although I have experience with IT Support, I would like to focus on working in teams to solve problems, develop and share best practices, and make a positive impact.
