Survey Feedback Led the creation of a data warehouse from scratch to capture customer feedback data received from surveys, create metrics that help to draw insights, identify customer pain points, drivers that lead the positive/negative score, create initiatives to improve overall customer experience. CX results are used company-wide by the entire Customer Success organization, Product Engineering teams, Support Managers to understand the customer sentiment and by the entire Sales Organization to estimate their customers propensity to renew.
