Hands-on, full-stack senior data IC who attributed $80M+ in incremental ad revenue to monetization changes, each isolated against a held-out control across 400+ production A/B tests, and who owns the full path from source system to shipped product: warehouse architecture, Kafka and ELT pipelines, dbt models and a semantic layer, and the SQL and Python analysis on top. Expectations

Remote contract role (EU timezone, strong US overlap) building data platforms, analytics, or AI features that ship to production. I expect clear problem ownership end to end, from raw data to a live product or decision, not ticket-taking on someone else's backlog. Looking for a modern stack, a small senior team, and short feedback loops with the business side. Long-term engagement preferred over short gigs. Compensation expectations in line with senior/staff-level US contract rates.
