Currently a service desk analyst for a healthcare software company. I'm learning so much about Azure, Active Directory, MFA, Citrix Servers. Also using Service Now and CA Desk as ticketing systems. Prior experience before this job is basic troubleshooting hardware and software. Worked on different operating systems in virtual machines at home. Trying to gain experience and knowledge to become a cybersecurity analyst.
