Over the past three years, I've built a solid foundation in both cybersecurity and IT, working diligently to sharpen my skills across different areas. I started out early, landing a remote IT job with a major company while still in high school. There, I quickly became proficient in handling customer support queries, fixing a variety of technical problems, and improving overall user satisfaction.

During my internship at Adirondack Information Security, I deepened my understanding of incident response and system configurations. I learned to swiftly pinpoint and tackle tech issues, skills that proved invaluable at Superior Ready Mix, where I managed support inboxes, responded to service tickets, and provided dependable assistance to customers.

At Nordstrom, my role as a System Analyst further refined my analytical and time management abilities. Adopting a customer-first approach, I dealt with challenges efficiently, always with a polite and professional demeanor. I believe my knack for clear communication, my keen eye for detail, and my capacity to work independently position me as a strong candidate ready to contribute effectively to any team.

Expectations

As for my new job, I am expecting them to be positive on and off the workspace. I want a team that will accept me for who I am and allows me to work through my mistakes. I feel teamwork does make the dreamwork. I also expect the job to have people who take accountability and not only that they hold others accountable.
