Customer support / Virtual Assistant
Summary
Currently in my fourth year undergraduate programme.
Worked as a Treatment Adherence Counselor, most roles included : data entry, file management, answering phonecalls and tracing patients who had missed their clinic.
I have also volunteered as a customer service representative.
Expectations
Team work, good communication between both parties, a lot of learning new things, gaining new skills, professional relationships, patience between both parties, new interractions, a room of sharing new ideas.
