Summary

I have 5 years plus experience working remotely as a Support Specialist for Ecommerce, SaaS and Marketing clients providing email and live chat support. I am well conversant with variety of help desks-Intercom, Freshdesk, Front, Gorgias, Zendesk, HelpScout, communication channels like Slack, Meet, Zoom and Loom.I have worked with clients like Manly Bands, Hardgraft, Redbubble, YNAB, Exam Edge, Responster, Michael Hyatt to name a few.
I've successfully created training materials for Support Specialists, help recruit and on board new agents.
I've successfully managed spikes during my clients peak season, provide coverage on a need basis, step in as tier 2 support earning myself the employee of the month title more than once.
