Customer Support Executive

Summary

I have worked with a startup called Petishh as a Customer Support Executive. I used to manage 15 groomers in the company with their orders and scheduling. I solved problems of customers and also queries about their specific orders. I have also done Telesales while on call with customers and also helped them book slots for their services.

Expectations

I would love to work with companies who does have a good ecosystem and also employees are preferred as company's part not as paid slaves. I will also give my best in my preferred field to grow and develop the company on a greater extent.
