Serve as primary liaison with sales and nationwide logistics staff on the delivery of orders effectively. Answering incoming phone calls and replying to text messages to provide customers with the best form of support they require.
Maintaining a humble and diplomatic dialogue with customers, focusing on proactivity and details. Prioritization of orders and adjusting of schedules to ensure customer priority requirements are met. Creation and maintenance of sales orders and performing backorder processing.
