I am a certified Biomedical Scientist but with a strong passion for problem solving and customer satisfaction.
I started off as a Telesales Executive at New Edge Finance Limited but I was later promoted to the Customer service unit due to my impeccable phone skills as well as my ability to remain calm under pressure and provide solutions to their complaints. In order to be better, I have undergone some online trainings and courses.
I currently work as a Customer Service Representative at Amazing Crystal Global where amongst other achievement, we have so far had 85% increase in our Customer retention and satisfaction which has increase in sales also.
