Summary

Splendid Spoon Customer Service Associate - Duties included resolving issues for customers with shipping, account management, and billing via email, phone, and social media; providing performance feedback to management and C-level staff regarding marketing campaigns, products, and website features; and, training customer support personnel to engage with customers via social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) in a fun and informative way to maintain the customer base and attract new customers. This was a remote full-time position.

Expectations

I would love to have an opportunity to manage a team and work on some hands-on projects in my next role. I enjoyed talking to customers in my last position and helping them resolve their concerns, but I did not have the chance to handle more responsibilities, like managing a customer support team and delegating tasks. I feel that I am ready to take on that challenge, and I hope I have the chance to take it on in my next position.
