Customer Success Manager

Summary

I have been working in the field of Customer Support for more than 5 years. During this time, I have built the customer support and customer success team at SocialPilot (SAAS product) and continuing my journey with Mode Mobile (US remote) where I'm an admin of internal customer support operation, handling ticket management system, maintaining ticket flow, CSAT, and SLAs as per company standard. I was leading a team of 8 at SocialPilot aligned with their growth plan.

Expectations

I'm looking for Associate or manager level position in SAAS product company where subscription based revenue model is implemented. I am confident that I am a good fit for any position related to customer success for several reasons, but most specifically because of my dedication to going above and beyond in a job.
