Summary

I am a successful and energetic Customer Success Manager. I managed 35+ mid market customers, 2M ARR . I really enjoyed and am best (at this point in my career) in the post sale customer journey - helping navigate tricky escalations, project managing success plans, working on developing partnerships, delivering on customer expectations, developing internal workflows and more. I continuously hit my quarterly bonus and OKR's/KPI's. I also hit my NRR goals of 110%. I am confident in my ability to revive quiet accounts, create partnerships with them and also grow them in time. I was also successful in putting together workflows through our CRM ChurnZero for the rest of the team to replicate.
