Customer Success Manager

Summary

My background as a business instructor and my most recent position as a Trust and Safety Specialist combined with my nontraditional learnings over the recent years provides me with the skill sets that a successful Customer Success Manager needs.

I've collaborated with numerous internal teams, used my EQ to form strong business relationships, and brainstormed new ways to solve problems that our platform had, which saved the company a large amount of money and increased efficiency for the entire Trust and Safety team.

I come highly recommended by the Head of Customer Success and even the CEO of my previous employer!

Expectations

I'm very open to new experiences, so I don't have many expectations to lay out for my next role. To me, a warm company culture, remote workplace, and no travel are the biggest expectations for my next role.
