I have worked in Information Technology for more than 19 years in very different roles like email system and IT security etc. I have held roles in engineering and technical support, as an individual contributor, a team leader, and a manager. As an ops lead, I try to provide my team with the tools and support they need to be effective and productive, while also helping them to progress their skills and achieve their career goals. I work to maintain trust, with my team and my management, providing clear guidance on business objectives, and transparent, accurate reporting on progress towards those goals.
