Summary

1) Experience with large books of business. As a client program coordinator, worked with enterprise clients such as McDonald's to execute legal approved campaigns.
As an academic advisor, handled caseload of 600+ students. Retention rate was maintained at 75% or higher.

2) Able to analyze data points and create a story. Working in HR, projects have included analyzing most used help articles to determine trends at certain times if the year. Part of the results saw an increase in onboarding questions during peaks of hiring. Onboarding team created a one stop shop FAQ to share with recruiters so new hires could be better prepared.

Expectations

I'm mostly looking for great salary and benefits. Flexible hours would be nice but not required. I would love to learn about any education or wellness reimbursement programs as well. Overall looking for a fun and wellness focused work culture.
