Customer Service Representative

Summary

I am a recent college graduate from Fresno City College. I graduated with an Associate of Science in Business Administration. I recently started working in the automotive industry and have found a passion for cars. In the past two years, I have worked two jobs, which were centered on providing great customer service. My top skills are time management and communication. In my previous job as a Customer Care/BDC Representative, I needed to respond to my customers in a timely manner and communicate with them via text, phone, or email for several days and weeks. I have learned to prioritize my tasks in order to complete them in the time frame given to me. I have experience working with Hyundai vehicles and I am currently searching for another job in the automotive industry.

Expectations

I am looking for a fast-paced environment. I am looking for interactions with people. Full-time would be ideal, but I am open to part-time positions. I am looking to stay in the automotive industry. I would prefer to be in the sales or service department.
