Currently, I'm part of the team at CabCall Experts, a taxi company based in Scotland, UK. As a Dispatch Operator here, my day-to-day revolves around ensuring smooth operations. From managing a flurry of calls to promptly addressing customer inquiries and efficiently dispatching drivers, I'm in the thick of it. Booking taxis, coordinating with our UK office, and providing top-notch customer service along with taking secure payments online over the phone from customers are all part of my daily responsibilities.

I've had the privilege of being named Employee of the Month, which speaks to my commitment to excellence. But what truly sets me apart is my unwavering dedication to communication excellence, both verbal and written. Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns, and offering timely solutions are key strengths of mine.

In my role, I've answered incoming customer inquiries, coordinated and dispatched drivers, managed bookings, and ensured accuracy in pickups and drop-offs to maintain high-quality standards. I've liaised with internal teams to resolve queries promptly and handled driver grievances efficiently.

Additionally, I'm exploring opportunities that offer remote work options. The flexibility and autonomy that remote work provides align well with my personal and professional goals, allowing me to efficiently manage my time and responsibilities while delivering results for the company.
