Summary

AS a Creative Lead, I oversee digital projects or the digital assets of a larger project. It's my responsibility to direct team members in the production process and ensure that the final product aligns with the client's vision and meets their goals. On set, I provide guidance to photographers, models, and other talent to achieve the best creative results. I also work closely with show department heads, line producers, and executive producers to manage logistics and adapt to shooting more assets in less time with less budget.
In addition to my on-set direction, I also oversee asset approval and work with PR and social teams on the creative ideas and execution of assets. This includes collaborating with brand creative directors and agencies to develop concepts and execute ideas that align with the brand's identity and the project's goals. I use my intimate knowledge of visual storytelling and current trends to create culturally relevant and engaging content.
My role also involves managing and selecting photographs and video content to be featured in various campaigns, ensuring that all photo assets are carefully selected and retouched to align and elevate the look of the project. I work closely with unit photographers to shoot additional content on site for use on social and digital platforms or specific press requests.
