Summary

Editing, Writing, and Documentation
Create and maintain writing style guides with comprehensive grammar and writing rules to promote consistent, user-friendly copy.
Write, edit, and proofread content including internal documentation, external communications, marketing materials, websites, travel information, and product messaging.
Create and edit user manuals, help documents, technical manuals, form letters, and infographics to improve user journeys.
Write and edit internal documents such as procedure manuals, monthly time and expense reports, and training materials to ensure documentation is clear and up to date.
Project Management
Coordinate B2B and B2C projects such as website maintenance, software updates and testing, application development, internal workflow improvements, and company-wide documentation management.
Communicate effectively with international customers and coworkers in all disciplines, including software testers, developers, project managers, product managers, and copywriters.
Supervise detailed tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
Content Management and Marketing
Use numerous content (CMS), digital asset (DAM), and resource management systems, and rapidly gain proficiency in new systems.
Create CMS components, write and edit English content, source stock images, and coordinate translations for website migration and maintenance.
Handle large-scale content and website updates while consistently ensuring accurate, high-quality data across all platforms.
Assist with web page UI/UX design.
Track, assess, and update internal search functionality based on user behavior.
Perform competitor analysis and generate suggested improvement reports for websites.
Monitor tracking and analytics for website performance and marketing campaigns including pay-per-click ads.
Training and Customer Support
Provide support and help maintain guides to aid in the onboarding process for new digital asset management, content management, and project management systems.
Manage customer and company data in global environments, including ongoing requests to update content or fix issues.
Use customer relationship management (CRM) systems to keep customer data accurate and current.
Quality Assurance
Provide quality assurance for software, web pages, copy, UI elements, and physical products.
Perform manual software testing, including functional, end-to-end, user acceptance, and user/usability testing.
Discover and report software bugs and enhancements.
Create test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
Design software features and user interface concepts.
Manage JIRA workflows and tickets; coordinate changes across departments.

Expectations

A copyediting role for English language content, or a content role that allows me to combine my editing, writing, CMS, and manual software testing skills. The location must be in or near Copenhagen, Denmark.
