Summary
Recruiting and hiring 24 temps, and training them for a 2 week period on our CMS to help eradicate an 18K product backlog while also managing a team of 36 copywriters to complete their usual throughout of 12K products weekly. It was a daunting task, but it was successful. Many workarounds were implemented, the team pulled together and it was a beneficial experience for all while focusing on the business.
