Most of my roles have been in government and though I have learned many things, positions in the public sector typically have a finite potential for professional development. I believe my strongest talents revolve around organization and process improvement. My ability to learn new systems and adapt to ever-changing priorities would allow me to assist with any tasks thrown my way. Expectations

I am looking for a position that allows for independent decision-making and welcomes innovation and new ideas. Although I enjoy helping people, I would prefer to have a position that is not frontline, but provides support for the operation of the entire division, office, or organization.
