My current designation is Head of Operation at ZULU.co.id, before that hold a responsibility as Head of Operation with span of control consist of Material Management, Vendor Management, Manufactuting Process Management, Inventory management, Logistics and warehousing, Customer service, and Busisness Development.

Prior that I was an Operation Head of OTO.com the leading eCommerce for automotive, which helping dealership to improve their sales and market share.

Previously I was holding Role as Head of Supply chain (VP level) at Lazada Indonesia who was Managing Retail Inventory and Planning, SI&OP Management, Competitiveness and Profitability, Fulfilment Performance of eCommerce business. The Industries manages are FMCG, Electronic, Mobile Phone & Tablet, Home & Living also Fashion.

I have a firm foundation in eCommerce Business, International Courier Contact Centre /Customer Service Industry and Export import / logistics area, Customs & World-trade Management consultant. I have ability to work with people of different cultures also has ability of customer-focused approach in various fields of work and to become solution partner.

I was holding a professional working experience of General Motors Indonesia as Customs Manager.

I was direct involve with managing customs department including single contact for advisory, audit, trade compliance and due diligent processes in country business unit to Regional Director in Shanghai. Also, translating business objective into a tangible action and impact.
