Summary

*Providing support for instructional content/instructor-led and computer-based training, and preparation of online based PG courses.
*Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the design team to design and develop comprehensive technical courses and example datasets.
*Coordinating with the design and image recreation team to effectively develop, design, and produce comprehensive courseware packages.
*Participating in the planning and implementation of all phases of the course cycle, which includes planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
*Communicating with SMEs to clarify training requirements, preparing course training materials, and delivering the final product.
*Responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the product and being a part of the process from receiving to delivery.
*Take part in various review sessions of the preparation of the specified course content, checking the flow of the content, checking the content for plagiarism, reviewing the edited content, and finally checking the editing quality of the delivered content.
*Established collaboration with other departments and coming up with content goals and strategies and increased pitching ideas to make the content more readable and understandable for the end users.
*Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content and working closely with the IA and instructors.
*Developing storyboards and editing and proofreading new content before publication.
