Summary

As a Program Manager with Higher Ground Education, I led the largest segment of the Virtual School (US and Asia Pacific) by implementing strategy and tactics to ensure enrollment and retention targets were met. I supervised a team of 30 employees to deliver a high-fidelity educational program ensuring proper implementation of the Montessori curriculum. I led all aspects of the business including strategic planning, staff management, budgeting and financial management, P&L responsibility, customer retention and program and curriculum design and implementation and marketing.
During my tenure, I generated over $2.3 million in annual revenue through successfully enrolling over 200 students using the Salesforce CRM platform and the PowerBI business intelligence platform.
