Summary

I'm a consultant, coach, trainer, facilitator, and learning specialist. With a deep understanding of complex systems and human thriving, I'm dedicated to helping people and organizations deepen their capacity to navigate current challenges and adapt to a sustainable, inclusive, and abundant future.

I design leadership coaching, and management training in groups and 1:1. Specific engagements include adaptive and inclusive leadership workshops, high engagement team-structures, change leadership programs, and culture change initiatives.

For over 15 years, I have has been helping organizations and people of all ages from Beijing to rural Canada. Specific organizations include Amazon, Teach for America, and the Ministry of Education in British Columbia. I blend methods from the fields of adult learning and development, complex systems change, change leadership, conflict resolution, neuroscience, stress management, and liberatory design.
