Community Manager

Summary

My career in Community Management began as a Volunteer Forum Moderator for Nexon Americas MapleStory. This position gave me invaluable experience with handling a large online community as well as provided me an opportunity to work closely with their dedicated community team.
In 2011, I was recognized by Nexon for [taking] community service to the next level, selflessly giving back to the community by providing guidance and aid to all Maplers -- in-game and out and was awarded the Humanitarian Award in their First Annual Community Awards.
Since that time Ive grown my career in a number of roles, expanding my skill set while contributing to new and existing communities. I have taken part in a variety of community and production tasks including customer support; planning, executing, and evaluating in-game and community events; managing social platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Forums, as well as internal CMS systems); and facilitating Livestreams for new and upcoming projects.
I've worked on projects of all sizes, working with internal and external teams, always working to provide the best experience possible for the user.
