Summary

-Member of internal communications team supporting Infrastructure and Security Services org
to ensure alignment between ISS and corporate communication
-Tracked and measured data of comms programs for process improvements and efficiencies
-Helped stream line communication intake process by getting it put into ServiceNow to allow better tracking, communication, metrics etc
-Assisted team in coordinating and facilitating monthly rhythm of the business strategic meetings, leadership office hours, morale and holiday events
-Managed and maintained morale program and automated the "High Five" program
-Supported quarterly All Hands events and core value recognition, coordinating details with leadership and presenters, workback calendar, Run of Show, Powerpoint presentations
-Solely responsible for sourcing and creating content for biweekly employee newsletter in an effort to keep org informed of Tech org events, JWN internal communications, increase morale and provide a sense of connection. This newsletter is the main source for sharing of information within the organization
