Summary

I am a lifelong student of what makes people and organizations successful. I graduated as a Distinguished College Scholar from my University's Communication and Leadership major program. I continued to follow this passion and fascination into my post-grad role with an executive coaching and strategic advisory firm, serving as the operations and client success manager alongside a top-class team of executive coaches and organizational psychology experts. My education in successful organizational leadership was bolstered with experience as the Vice President, Membership Experience for my college organization of 250 members; leading the chapter through the Covid-19 Pandemic and strategically adapting our events to maintain safety and 100% of our membership quota.

I am now seeking my next opportunity to use my education and experience to bring value to teams of Organizational Change experts and consultants. I am a dedicated team member, a strategic and solutions-oriented thinker, and a champion of teammates and clients in every aspect of the job.
