Summary

Provding technical support to customers using AWS/Azure cloud services mainly focus on EKS, ECS, ECR, AKS, ACR, ACI
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and services.
Collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications on cloud.
Automating deployment and management of AWS cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform,
and Ansible. Monitoring and analyzing AWS cloud infrastructure performance and capacity to identify and resolve issues
proactively.
Implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Participating in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers.
Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with new AWS /Azure cloud services and features to provide better support to
customers.
Evaluated Kubernetes for Docker container orchestration. Managed Kubernetes charts using Helm and created
reproducible builds of the Kubernetes applications, provide a set of configuration parameters to customize the deployment
and Managed releases of Helm packages.
