Summary

Analyze and improve cloud infrastructure
Act as a team representative in cross functional project teams
Troubleshoot and discuss technical solutions with appropriate Development
teams
Support customer segmentation/targeting efforts based on product/service
ownership, demographics, consumption status.
Worked in customer technical support L1 team as a cloud reliability
analyst.
Monitoring and troubleshooting the tickets and customer communication
on incidents & cases.
Responsible for ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner in accordance
with established service level agreements (SLAs).
