In My current role as an AWS DevOps engineer at Cad Define, i undertake the following responsibilities;

Provision and manage cloud-based infrastructure via code with Terraform and CloudFormation.
Use configuration management tools like Ansible for provisioning and managing application servers.
Create VPCs and attach all applicable components needed to build a fault tolerance and highly available environment.
Deploy and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline.
Develop Docker images for microservice applications for test and dev-environments needs.
Push and manage Docker images with Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR).
Deploy Docker images into containers managed with ECS clusters.
Deploy and manage code via GIT and use GitHub for source control.
Install and configure LAMP applications on EC2 instances and perform various software installations.
Install and configure Apache, Nginx, and WordPress on Ubuntu and Amazon Linux instances.
Troubleshoot and remediate development and production issues.
Manage high traffic RDS and NoSQL databases and write scripts to migrate SQL data into Snowflake and RDS
databases.
Write scripts in Python and Bash to automate operations and server management.
Perform full AMI backups for all provisioned instances for critical workloads.
Perform system monitoring using Datadog, CloudWatch and New Relic. .
Create Security Configuration Baselines (SCB) for (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) cloud-based solutions
