Summary

As I IT Administrator I am responsible for Design, Implementation and operation of all storage, network and system infrastructure including VMware and Citrix sites for all our clients as an MSP, and I support all aspects of Windows Server OS across a physical and virtual (VMware) environment, including installation, configuration, patching, security hardening, and storage / capacity planning. My another major role is manage all exchange admin functions for O365 including email migrations, integration services, exchange admin functions and troubleshooting end to end mail flow.

And I have two years exp in Network Technology. Working as a network Operation engineer I am responsible for troubleshooting the links from customer end and to provide support by understanding the issues and finding out the resolution quickly. Performing the basic configurations installations of routers and switches. Troubleshooting the WAN&LAN technologies issues in L2/L3 Circuits and configuring L2 path for bridge mode customers
