Summary

I started my career in Concnentrix in December 2019. I worked initiaLou as a frontline support engineer responsible for cyber security product like Windows Defender and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and provided technical solutions to our customer.
Working in support, I gained a lot of valuable expe in research and proble solving.  I learned log analysis and performed investigation and also worked on determining RCA for an issue.
As a Technical Lead, I am wor alongside Global SMEs, Escalation Engineers and Product Group Team.
My role as a Techni Lead is to tackle and solve technically complex problems, I had  the opportunity to work with the latest cloud and on premise technologies like MDE and WD.

Expectations
