Summary

Experienced Cloud Application Support Analyst with Strong computer skills and knowledge of databases and applications. I am a Certified Scrum Master with experience and a strong knowledge of agile software development methodologies. In my multiple roles at IBM I have developed excellent analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. I am a Self-starter and able to perform tasks independently from start to finish. I can prioritize my work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders. I thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment. I am detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand, no matter how minute, by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion. I'm not shy and have excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for communicating with internal and external parties in a manner that is both articulate and professional. I grew up using Microsoft Office Suite for years and have learned how to utilize Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access efficiently in college as well as professionally.

Expectations

Im looking to work with cloud technology. Looking to use my skills in Kubernetes, Linux, and AWS. I want to grow my DevOps skills as well in an environment where I can learn.
