Client Onboarding Manager

Summary

I entered the tech industry a few years ago after I was recruited by a Fintech company as one of the first employees to help establish their North Americas team. I was in charge of onboarding new clients from the US, Latin America, Canada & the Caribbean. After a few years, I was again recruited by a start up fintech to help manage new clients, streamline their sales & onboarding processes and assist the founding executive team with qualifying leads/prospecting to increase their pipeline.

During my time in Fintech, I created a training program to train sales support, onboarding specialists, and business development directors globally, worked with a product development team to improve an internal Compliance platform in order to streamline the customer due diligence/onboarding process, assisted Sales & Revenue Ops teams to improve sales & Business Development related processes to increase revenue growth & created internal prescreening process to expedite compliance approvals and overall launch timelines.

I have many different skills in various departments including but not limited to:

Sales & Revenue Operations (lead generation & prequalification, sales process, data & forecasting management, sales strategy, sales onboarding training) Project Management (onboarding clients through compliance & technical integration processes) Regulatory Compliance (review & collection of corporate KYC documentation, client risk assessment, policy & procedure analysis) Busniess Development & Sales (client relationship building, analyzing market trends, proposal development, and adding qualified prospects to the sales pipeline)

I am also a member of both the ACAMS & ACFCS & currently in the process of obtaining my CAMS certification.
