My Management and Customer supervising career spans nearly 11 years, with a significant portion of my career focused in several areas of the quality assurance, insurance benefit, auditing processes, provider credentialing, operation reporting, data processing, team management training facilitator, schedule maintenance, and denial management. Over the years, I have provided leadership in managing key transitions and change within organizations, including adoption and implementation of top notch project management training sessions, supervising for data processing, forming committees for problem solving, creating new service lines, and strategic planning with executive leadership, and the board of directors.
