As a Senior Technical Manager for AWS Certifications, I have directed teams of Principal Solutions Architects, Data Analytics Engineers, Program and Project Managers, while contributing to the global strategy for question accuracy and clarity in certification exams. My innovative mindset led to the creation of solutions that streamlined exam development processes, increasing productivity by 40 percent. I've also managed the development of data analytics solutions and spearheaded the vision for new AWS practice exam products, including the incorporation of labs into AWS certification exams.

Before joining AWS, I had a rich and diverse career path, which includes roles such as a Senior Content Author at Linux Academy, a Consultant, Trainer, and Author at Contact Technology Consultants, and CTO positions at Zindigo, Inc. and Green Jobs Inc. In these roles, I led the development of various projects, mentored teams, and provided technical and business advisory services for startups.
