Leader of multiple, technical business functions (120+ staff members in Software Engineering, Data Science, Infrastructure, Corporate IT, Information Security, and PMO) at a large corporation across offices around the globe.

Directly responsible for overall technology strategy. Served as the main liaison representing Technology across all business functions and with customers and strategic partners. Oversaw operations and management across technical departments. Direct personnel management of VPs/directors, technical leaders, and department specialists. Remained the accountable party for the execution and delivery of all software systems and products.

Led M&A due diligence process for all matters related to technology, security, and compliance resulting in an acquisition (~280M). Years prior, I participated as a technology leader in another successful exit (~360M). 14 years of experience serving in various technology and leadership roles (i.e., Software Engineer, Chief Architect, Head of Engineering, CTO).
