Summary
Spearheading my third year design project by leading my group by successfully achieving a commendable grade through the hardships faced throughout the entire year. The group leader was absent for over 5 months and did not let anyone know. After two and a half weeks of no contact, I took the initiative and decided that I would take the leaders role. This provided the missing direction our group had and allowed us to carry on as before.
