Working in ops and healthcare for 20+ years, Ive had success driving (mostly Agile) projects to completion, from napkin / whiteboard sketch to post launch support. I love to think of myself as the bridge between technical and nontechnical stakeholders and have a demonstrated ability to communicate concepts to whoever needs to hear them, in their language.
