In my eclectic and multi-disciplined career, as a highly motivated, self-starting, and versatile Consultant, I have evaluated, prioritised, developed, and scheduled ICT, ISO Standards, Regulatory and Business Changes


Constant delivery and variety of works for Digital Transition projects that have full meaning and benefit to the Client, Stakeholders and Users. Understanding business change requirements, assessing the business impact of those changes, and capturing, analysing, and documenting requirements in various formats, whilst supporting the communication and delivery mechanisms with key stakeholders. Assisting in the planning across the IdAM (IAM) Programme for service and process transitions and coordinating the associated required resources. Managing the lifecycle of all changes, ensuring benefits are realised with minimal disruption to ICT services, whilst ensuring the service can be managed, operated, and supported in accordance with Service Design. Documented in clear and detailed process maps and user guides.. Understanding the training needs of users, compiling and implementing user guides, floor walking change areas, and providing in-depth training should the need arise. Rationalising and improving existing deliverables (e.g. Toolsets, data, dashboards, and MI). Producing requirements, clearly stating the business need whilst aligning with existing or new business process, whilst supporting the business units throughout the implementation phase, ensuring effective use of the new system. Managing and embedding the delivery of an AS-IS/TO-BE which led to a Business As Usual system process, including required tool and governance changes to be utilised by system-support teams across the ICT estate, whilst enabling financial savings and providing business stakeholders with a centralised process and technical solution.
