Summary

As a Scrum Master, Coach and Agilist, I help build and maintain high performing teams for organizations interested in Agile methodologies and modernizing through transformation. I am successful in my position by establishing the proper mindset, team cohesion and trust, fostering cross-functionality, shielding teams from external interferences, and resolving impediments that put delivery at risk. My high performing teams result in transparency, consistency and predictability.

Outside of my 9-5, I am a youth swim coach for Tampa Elite Aquatics swim club. I coach roughly two dozen kids, ranging from 2-12 years old, developing them into strong, passionate, and dedicated swimmers who also become successful citizens of their community.
