Summary

With about 10 years of experience in the Information Technology sector, I am a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) and seasoned Technical Project Manager specializing in Agile methodologies and hybrid project management. My career is marked by a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and leading teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

In my current role as a SAFe Scrum Master at Infogain India Pvt Ltd, I have successfully guided Scaled Agile teams through complex programs for FedEx, cultivating an agile mindset, leading Agile ceremonies, and managing distributed teams across multiple time zones. My expertise extends to client management, project management, resolution of dependencies and conflicts, and the facilitation of Scrum of Scrums sessions. Ive played a pivotal role in enhancing Agile frameworks, implementing Test Automation, and acting as a change agent to drive productivity and effectiveness through continuous improvement.

Previously, as a Product Team Lead at IPREP Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd, I led the end-to-end delivery of an AI-based EdTech solutions portfolio for our product "Cerebry", transitioning from a Minimum Marketable Product to a scaled B2C solution. I collaborated with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align product goals with organizational objectives, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality delivery.

My earlier experience as an Agile Project Manager and Senior Scrum Master at SEO Master Team involved overseeing the Scrum Adoption across multiple teams, full project life cycle, coordinating across geographies, and driving continuous improvement through Agile metrics and training.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and maintain my Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification with Scrum Alliance. My deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, Lean-Agile techniques, and modern IT practices equips me to deliver strategic, value-driven outcomes and champion successful Agile transformations.
