Summary

I was worked for HomeDepot canda project at Tata Consultancy Services. Initially I started to work with a maintenance team who did the changes for the existing products that's available on the home depot ca websites. We have a more than 16+ different departments and 6L+ existing products with the Websites. I do receive the task via outlook and tickets in the tool called Zendesk, this used for communication between us, vendors and client, and do changes like images, attributes with the help PCM tool - this tool helps us to upload all the information to get the changes on site for respective products which we worked.

After my extraordinary performance i've got the Rockstar awards from the customer, then my management gave me the opportunity as Onboarding specialist role for the entire 3 departments and I got to work around for 2+ years and with 1000+ vendors and I have successfully onboarded more than 40000 products in these two years.

Also i had Collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline the onboarding process, resulting in improved efficiency and productivity that helps to Increase the sales and revenue growth
I receives a positive feedback rating of
95% based on customer satisfaction surveys in Zendesk tool.

Also I have knowledge with a AIM, SAP S4 Hana and Jira,
Aim is called as a article information management portal, which is used for receive and validate the information.
JIRA - it's a communication tool b/t service team to IT team.

When we are doing the onboarding for a new products we used to create all the products information with the Sap applications with ydmd0011 query, also we have the separate queries to change the cost and retails, existing products information with the different type of queries fcst repl, zcdmg, Ecom. And also I have a good knowledge in SAP mm41, mm42, mm43.

Then I have played a role as trainer, spoc for the process related documents.
