Business Systems Analyst

Summary

I worked in a variety of roles at a software company from an Analyst role in Accounting to a role as a Program Manager. I helped the company grow from 20 something employees to over 1000 employees. In each role, I performed tasks related to data analysis and general analyses of systems and processes to view a clear picture of present state and to find areas for improvement. I love working with data and using complex formulas in Excel. I am currently learning SQL. I would really love to find work that allows me to dig into data and perform analyses that help a business make intelligent decisions.

Expectations

I want a job where employees are trusted and empowered to complete their work without micromanagement and where employees are able to act authentically. I prefer remove work but am open to hybrid work with some time spent working from home and some in an office.
